Want Minecraft on the BlackBerry PlayBook? Minicraft will keep you busy for hours.

If you’ve been waiting to get your Minecraft fix on your BlackBerry PlayBook, look no further than Minicraft. Minicraft is the creation of Markus Persson, the creator of Minecraft. It was coded late in December of 2011 in just 48 hours as a part of the 22nd Ludum Dare competition. While it’s not the full and amazing Minecraft experience, it is a pretty cool way to get your fix for now. The game itself was ported to the PlayBook and features crafting, exploring and fighting — so block off some time if you want to get a good game in. It’s very Zelda-esque (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing).
